3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals on the fbjee platform can be made using local payment methods available in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There are defined limits on deposits and withdrawals, which are clearly stated in the services section of the platform. Completing the identity verification (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal. fbjee reserves the right to suspend transactions pending investigation in cases of money laundering, fraud, or suspicious activity. All withdrawal requests will be processed within a defined timeframe after verification.

4. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the fbjee platform are operated fairly and transparently, and any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited. Using automated software, bots, or any other artificial means to play games is strictly forbidden. Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited, and if proven, the account will be terminated. fbjee reserves the right to void winnings obtained due to technical errors or bugs. 10. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh. Both the user and fbjee are deemed to have accepted this jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain fully in effect.
